Shipping
We will promptly notify you in case of out-of-stock items or delays.
Delivery is generally handled by Yamato Transport. (Delivery to regions outside Japan is handled by Japan Post.)
We cannot accommodate multiple different delivery addresses for a single order.
We kindly ask that you place separate orders for each delivery address.

*If you are not home, the package will be returned to the carrier and a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox.
*If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will exchange it for an equivalent item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns or exchanges may not be accepted if more than 9 days have passed since delivery.
*We cannot accommodate order changes requested by the customer. Customers must follow the methods specified by our company regarding product returns or exchanges. Please note that shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where our company is at fault.
*Delivery will be made to your home address. Please ensure that your mailbox is locked.
